Carol has been delivering training in various formats for over 20 years, both in personal and professional settings. From western horseback riding lessons, to on-the-job training to regulatory and compliance sessions, to software demonstrations and application training, she has always found a way to share her knowledge with others. First as an instructor and content developer, and later as an eLearning instructional designer, webinar moderator and presenter.

Carol is currently an Instructional Design consultant, working with clients to provide learning in ways that are instructionally sound and produced to a high standard of excellence. She is  highly skilled in eLearning design, development and production. She is currently also a voice acting student, working on improving her voice narration skills to bring them up to a professional level.
